厨房突围 · 十秒动作戏

Cinematic live-action martial arts fight, 10 seconds, wide 16:9, handheld camera with fast whip-pans and slight shake, gritty high-contrast grade with warm brown tile floor and cool steel tones, motion blur on strikes, realistic physics.

Setting: a busy professional restaurant kitchen. Brown quarry-tile floor with black rubber mats, stainless steel prep tables, a rolling rack of fresh vegetables (carrots, greens, red tomatoes), copper pots hanging from a ceiling rail that swing with every impact, gas range and hood, steel refrigerators, wooden produce crates stacked against a white-tiled back wall. In the far background, chefs in white uniforms keep working.

Characters: a young woman with dark hair tied back, grey button-up work shirt with sleeves pushed up and black pants and black boots. She fights 3 men in grey shirts and black aprons (one bearded, one heavyset, one Asian man with short hair), all trying to attack her, one wielding a kitchen knife.

0-1s: She dodges a swinging punch from the bearded man, then blocks the heavyset man's arm with a crossed-arm block, copper pots swaying above.
1-2s: She drops into a low lunge and kicks, sending the man flipping backward over the stainless prep table, legs in the air.
2-3s: She spins toward the next man by the cutting board with vegetables, camera whip-pans with motion blur.
3-4s: She throws a high side kick that knocks a knife aside as a man raises it overhead, third man stepping in behind.
4-5s: Camera cuts wider: she lands a spinning back kick, a man crashes to the floor, wooden crates and papers on the wall behind.
5-6s: She leaps high in the air in a flying kick pose against the white wall, whole body visible.
6-7s: She lands in a ready stance, focused and breathing hard, two men lying defeated on the floor behind the crates, spilled apples on the ground, a knife visible in the background.
7-8s: A man in a grey shirt charges, she counters with a sharp fist strike.
8-10s: Tight shot over her shoulder, a man with a knife lunges at her from the right, copper pots overhead, she steps in to meet him.

Sound: impact thuds, fabric whooshes, shoes squeaking on tile, clattering pots and crates, kitchen ambience, no music.
