Lightning assembles a storm witch

30-second cinematic magical transformation sequence, multiple logically connected shots, consistent character identity and seamless visual progression.

0–3s: Extreme wide shot in a storm-black infinite void. An electric witch floats upright, initially wearing a simple dark silhouette. Frozen white-blue lightning bolts surround her like cracks suspended in space. Slow dolly-in as electrical pressure vibrates through the darkness.

3–7s: The first lightning strike crosses behind her. Snap-zoom into a close-up as her dark hair flashes into saturated violet with brilliant cyan ends. Individual strands rise and ripple in the electrical field; intense white-blue rim light outlines her face.

7–11s: A second strike fractures the air across her torso. Whip-pan downward as sharp layered robes assemble from glowing electric fissures, angular fabric panels locking around her body with realistic weight and dramatic cloth movement.

11–15s: Macro close-ups of both hands and collarbone. Crescent-shaped markings ignite and race across her skin in precise cyan-white trails, pulsing brighter with every sharp thunder transient.

15–20s: Wide low-angle hero shot. She raises one empty hand. A descending thunderbolt compresses into her palm, twists, and hardens into a crooked lightning wand. Orbit camera around her as branching electricity coils around the newly formed wand.

20–24s: Camera snap-zooms beneath her feet. A circular storm-rune sigil burns open below her, concentric symbols rotating in opposite directions while white-blue arcs connect the rune, her robes, markings, hair, and wand.

24–28s: Rapid rhythmic montage: extreme close-up of glowing eyes, cyan hair tips, crescent markings, layered robe edges, gripping fingers, and the wand tip gathering a dense sphere of electricity. Alternate macro details with wide heroic angles; each lightning impact motivates the cut.

28–30s: Low-angle crane-back as she swings the wand forward and locks into a signature spell-casting pose. A vast electric starburst erupts behind her, frozen lightning radiating symmetrically around her silhouette. Hold the final iconic frame. Stock-footage grandeur played completely sincere, premium fantasy-commercial finish, deep blacks, brilliant cyan-white highlights, realistic electrical illumination, monumental scale.
