Account and creative data
The server stores your email, display name, salted password hash, sessions, uploaded assets, prompts, task states and credit transactions. Your password is never stored in plain text. In production, account data and private media use persistent server storage. Access to private assets and outputs through this website requires authentication as the owning account.
External services
When generation is enabled and you submit a job, its prompt, selected settings and reference image are sent to Volcengine Ark. Email verification and recovery use Resend when configured. When checkout is enabled, payment details are handled by the configured payment platform (Paddle or Stripe), not stored by this application. Video analysis sends six locally sampled frames to the configured vision model; the original video and audio stay on your device. Only analysis results and accounting records are stored by this application.
Support requests
Contact-form topics, messages and any contact information you choose to include are saved privately for the operator to review. When you are signed in, the request is linked to your account. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Retention and removal
Assets remain on the server until removed from your asset library. Removing a completed creation deletes its online video and prompt; minimal task identifiers, hashes and accounting records remain for duplicate prevention and reconciliation. Historical copies may remain in backups after removal from the website.
Daily automatic backups are enabled. The managed backup process retains the latest 14 successful copies; this is a copy count, not a fixed 14-day retention period. Manual backups and failed backup attempts are outside that automatic cleanup. Backups currently reside on the same server as the live data; no offsite copy is configured.
